CelShare is a subscription service. Unless you cancel your service, we will automatically charge your card. Remember you can cancel the service anytime, whether you subscribed to an annual plan or a monthly plan. Canceling the service will stop the renewal, but you can still use the service until the license expiry date.

CelShare licensing is very simple. The license tier has certain functionality so you can pick the tier which is right for you. Each license allows you a number of spreadsheets and a number of emails per month (or over the trial duration in the event of a trial account). You can add as many licenses as you like which allow more spreadsheets and more monthly emails.

Yes of course. Simply go to the manage users section of the interface and invite a person to join your team. You can invite anyone that doesn't alread have a CelShare account.

Not Currently. A user already part of the system will potentially have their own team, spreadsheets and recipients. In any transfer, these may or may not need to be included. Please Contact us and we will take the instructions from you and join the person to your team.

Yes of course. We recommend trialing CelShare and then deciding the level of service you want. You can upgrade at any time. Because we offer a free trial, we don’t offer refunds, except in exceptional circumstances.

All you need to do is purchase more licenses or upgrade via the license package. You can see the email and other quotas on this page.

Thanks for asking. CelShare has integrated its payment system with Stripe, providing a simple mechanism to pay for services. For large accounts preferring to pay by transfer, please contact us by using the Contact page and we can arrange accordingly.
